I made this for Valentine's Day this year and my family loved it DELICIOUS!! My daughter doesn't like mashed potatoes but loves shrimp she could not stop eating. I only have a family of 4 but they were complaining that I didn't make enough. This is a keeper.

I was thrilled that this came out so deliciously since it was also extremely easy! I happened to have some frozen pre-cooked shrimp, which I completely thawed, chopped up, and added to my mashed potato mixture off heat. I could not stop eating it, and most importantly, my family loved it too. Love that such a simple addition to an everyday recipe makes such a pleasantly surprising difference!

Really terrific. I think even my mother-in-law will be impressed by this. I plan on making these for Christmas along with the standing Rib Roast Recipe. Both are spectacular.
