I enjoyed the taste and really enjoyed the short amount of time it takes to prepare.

I made a batch, but added a few pinches of ground red pepper. Wow it packs a punch! We had sauted shrimp for dinner and I made a half batch from the left overs. Great use for left over shrimp.

I love this recipe...made it exactly like Paula except that instead of seasoning salt, I used Old Bay...it was excellent...so fresh tasting and even better with a little finely chopped, fresh parsley. Great served in a tomato or in a bed of lettuce. Also good with crackers or chips. This one is definitely a winner...thanks Paula!

I just loved the shrimp salad I never had it with eggs before. I know the next time I have a tea party.
I will be serving Paula's shrimp salad sandwiches. My daughter and I just love you and your show.

WE ARE NOT MUCH INTO EGG SALAD SO I LEFT THE EGGS OUT AND ADDED A LITTLE CRAB MEAT. IT WAS GREAT ON TOASTED BREAD BUT ALSO GOOD IN STUFFED CELERY.

Very good salad! I steamed my shrimp in lemon pepper and cayenne first, didn't chop it too much, and I'm adding avocado to the sandwiches. Thanks, Paula!!

The saled was a hit at my house, but I think I may have overprocessed it. Be careful with the food processor

I never thought to put celery in food processor, I also put the shrimp in it too came out with a better consistency and I was able to get more sandwiches out of the mixture.
