Delicious, quick and easy. I agree with the previous reviewer who said you need to use sturdy bread. Better yet, follow Paula's suggestion of toasting the bread. We used the toasted white bread and it was a hit. Thank you, Paula!

My husband and I made your shrimp salad sandwiches and they are the best we have ever eaten!! My husband says they are better then you can buy in a restaurant. We also think the shrimp salad would be great as a spread for crackers.

should use a bread that won't fall apart. I purchased two different kinds of rolls, both of which fell apart on trying to eat.

I have nothing to compare it to since I've never tasted a chopped shrimp salad, but I like that it is prepared totally in the food processor (she did on the show which makes it more of a spread. It was quick, simple and very tasty! I only added plain salt and onion powder. It would also make a great finger sandwich spread.

Made Paula's recipe exactly from recipe. It's texture was more of a spread than a salad, so I made it again and chopped the shrimp (rather than use food processor, and found we liked the texture better. Also, I added 1/4 cup of chopped dill pickle, then stuffed the salad into a whole tomato. It was fantastic! Would make a great ladies luncheon dish. Love your recipes Paula.
