The soup tasted good and was easy to make but was a bit bland even with extra seasoning. I made it without blending the mix and thought it turned out well.

It was easy to make and very delicious. Not for the heart healthy people. I added small portion of elbow macaroni and made it thicker. Very filling.

My husband loves this soup. I have made this several times. I even have a pot of it simmering on my stove now. I followed the recipe the first time I made it. Now I add more mushrooms and I even slice a bit more up and leave them whole. Thanks Paula for a great and easy recipe.

I found this soup a little bland, think it needs more seasoning.

Delicious! I generally have to have meat, but this was great. I left 3 of the caps from the oven out of the blender. Then cubed them. Gives you something to chew.

We did as others said & used 5 cups of chicken broth with about 2-3 cups of half & half, also we did not blend the mushroom mixture as we prefer our soup with more texture...turned out amazing, definitely a keeper for us!
