We had snow right before the holidays this year. We used peppermint extract and a drop or two of green food coloring - Very... festive! Have also heard of using lemon extract.Read more

Just like when I was a kid...

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I get so excited when we get a big snow storm because I love to make and eat snow ice cream with my children! I agree with... Julie of Palmyra, VA - it's a right of childhood. If people are concerned about germs, toxins and pollution, they better put their kids in a plastic bubble. There's a lot worse out there than snow ice cream. It's one of the best memories you can make for your kids.Read more

Ugh. Can't win. What is your thought about letting kids eat snow? I just think it's a right of childhood...Read more

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I love this recipe. There are not too many things I remember about my mother (she died when I was five years old), but I do... remember this recipe. It always tastes so great! Anybody else here have a hard time not "getting just one more bowl of it"? :DRead more
