After I made this recipe here is what I would change-- Cut the butter in half, use orange juice insead of liquor, use sugar peas. Sugar peas will hold up better. Do not over cook either type of peas.

Snow Peas are meant to be eaten while standing in the garden with a warm summer Wisconsin sun shining down on your back! That being said... our snow peas never-evr make it out of the garden!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointing - dumping all the ingredients together is a mistake

I really liked this recipe. Fast and easy and not boring. I did not put mint in mine though.

These are absolutely wonderful! Quick and easy. Great compliment to the Steak Diane recipe that Paula cooked up. Definitely, a keeper.

This is an awsome recipe. We don't have any liquors in our house so I went and purchased the airplane bottles. I have made it many times and my family loves it. Before that they didn't like snow peas. Keep up the good work.

I tried this today and it was fabulous. You have to be careful not to overcook the snow peas. They just need a few minutes cooking in the boiling water. I used fresh snow peas instead of frozen and I think that would make a lot of difference.

I didn't like the combination of flavors. Or maybe I don't like snow peas.
