They were very easy to make and assemble. The only problem I experienced was that the biscuits were a little salty. I am going to use unsalted buttter tonight and see if that makes it even better than it is!

I have made them the original way, and have also added chives and shredded cheese to them. Both ways, they are oustanding! They never last more than a couple of hours.

These are so easy and soooo delicious!! However, I did have to bake them for 15 minutes and they were perfectly done. Great recipe!!

HOLY MOLY...These are some tasty biscuits..absolutely delicious!! I had to bake them a bit longer then 10 minutes, but I'm sure that was just my oven! I've been trying quick recipes for biscuits in search of the perfect biscuit addition to any meal and now I can stop...this is it.

These tiny biscuits are the tastiest little bites of heaven, I think I've ever tasted. I'm a southern cook too, so anything with butter is awesome. But what really sets these mini biscuits apart is the sour cream. That tangy zip you get from the sour cream is awesome. Way to go Paula another awesome recipe!

These biscuits are very good!! They have become an addition to many meals in my house. I make these biscuits at least 3 times a month :-I put honey on top as soon as they come out of the oven.

My family loved these biscuits. They are the epitome of buttery goodness. My husband literally used them to sop his plate, and my 4 and 6 year olds almost fought over the last one. They were super easy to make and came out perfectly. I divided the recipe in half (won't ever do that again! and made regular sized biscuits, so I increased baking time to 15 minutes.

I TRIED THESE A FEW DAYS AFTER I SAW IT AIRED, AND I MUST SAY THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD! I DIDN'T HAVE SELF RISING FLOUR SO I USED ALL PURPOSE AND ADDED A LITTLE BAKING POWDER AND THEY WERE STILL GOOD. I MADE THEM ALONG WITH SHRIMP & GRITS AND MY BOYFRIEND HAD 2 HELPINGS! WILL DEFINITELY BE MAKING THEM AGAIN.
