I must say that I could not believe how wonderful the sour cream muffins are. I love this lady and hopefully one day I will get to meet her. If not here on earth, In heaven I will. She makes me laugh so much and reminds me of my mom so much.

Is it that easy? It's only 3 ingred - flour, sour cream and butter? No eggs, salt, sugar?? I made them with hesitation actually added a dash of salt and 1/4 c sugar. Their nice and moist, not crumbly at all. Over all if they're this easy and delicious I'll make them again for sure.

I was so looking forward to having these with dinner. I made them just the way the recipe read. 3 ingredients...how hard can it be?! They would not cook through and did not rise in the oven.

I made these "muffins" to go with my homemade Beef Stew and I thought it sounded too good to be true, and they were. The batter was like biscuit dough, stiff and they had little or no flavour. will not try again

First of all, I love Paula so I had to try these absolutely as simple as they get to prepare muffins despite being perplexed by the proportions. Is it possible to eat so much butter and richness in one sitting? These cook beautifully but really, these are over the top rich unless you are trying to fatten up someone. That said, my little 15 month loved them so maybe it is just the right audience. Save these for special occasions only is my recommendation and for people that love really rich cooking!

We are watching our weight, so we only made 1/2 of the recipe. I am glad we only made 6 muffins 'cause we ate all of them. They are wonderful and very, very easy!!!

These muffins have a rich, creamu texture. They melt in you mouth and are wonderful with fresh jams and preserves..."Finger licking good"
