    We were having a "southern" themed pot luck in my department and I was looking for something that was fast and easily prepared, that traveled well, and that no one else would make. I found all this + great taste with Paula Deen's South GA "Caviar." We had some leftover & co-workers commented that it was better as the week went by. I have had several requests for the recipe and think it will be a success @ any casual gathering!

    All your recipes are so easy and delicious, this one is no excptn! I did use black beans, but everything else was the same. Everyone loves it. Thanks for another great one Paula!

    My boss makes this for the admissions staff at our college. I was a little afraid to try it at first, but it is absolutely delicious! I would have never dreamed of throwing these ingredients all together, but it is perfection!

    I love to eat this any time of year! It is so easy and I get compliments every time. I love all the jalapenos, but from time to time I have to tone it down for tender tongues.
