    I love all kinds of Salsas - this one though is fun, colorful and healthy! There was another suggestion to use this as a side dish - I'll definitely do that - it would be wonderful in the summer!

    I've made this a couple of times for parties at work and birthday parties. Everyone raves about how much they love it. So now, when there is a pot luck lunch at work, my co-workers insist I make South Georia Caviar.

    What an easy and wonderful tasting recipe. My husband and I go to the camp and meet with our 20 or so friends, and everyone brings a different dish to have with what ever we have on the grill.
    I wanted to take a little something different and tried this recipe. You talk about good. Everyone just raved over it. There was not one person there that didn't think it was great.
    What a wonderful hit. I will sure make this one of my favorites.

    I love this dip. I found this on the website a couple of years ago and have been making it ever since. Everyone i make this for loves it. I have changed it up though, adding cilantro.

    What brand italian dressing did you use? There are so many different ones, I'm sure it could make a difference in the taste. any suggestions?

    This recipe is, not only easy to prepare, quick, but delicious and a real winner. I use it as a side dish, instead of a dip. As a dip, it is a little awkward. Also, I used either fat-free or low-fat products and they worked extremely well. Don't hesitate to use this recipe.
