We loved this recipe. Its simple, easy and delicious. I cut the eggs back to 3 and the stock to 3 and 1/2 cups as I do not care for a 'runny' stuffing. Thank you Paula, simply wonderful!!

I thought my Mama made the world's best everything! But that was before I tried this recipe for Southern Cornbread Stuffing! And, by the way, the Giblet Gravy gets equal rave reviews!

Every Thanksgiving I have made StoveTop and this year (05 I decided to try to make it on my own. The recipe was so easy to follow; I thought I had done something wrong, but the stuffing came out so good that from now on I will be using it. Thank GOD for Paula Deen!!

This recipe taste very close to my grandmother's recipe {little granny}so, needless to say, that it is incredible! We also made the giblet gravy that was on the same episode, and let me tell you, they both make your eyes roll in the back of your head just like Paula's does when she taste her food on her show!!! Paula, you are the greatest!!!!

The only change I made in this recipe was to add two 14 oz cans of chicken broth and 1 package of chicken boullion.
The stuffing was excellent and will be back on our holiday table next year.

This is my second year making Miss Paula's Stuffing, I do cut back on the chicken stock (her amount makes it too mushy for my taste. The best stufing I've ever had, will be making it every Thanksgiving.
