Thanks to Paula, I have made the best dressing ever. I've never attempted to prepared dressing. We've always have ordered for Thanksgiving. Never again. This was delicious and so simple. My family kept looking across the table with amazement that I made the dressing.. My daughters said I've been holding out... AWESOME!!!

I used canned broth, which made it a little saltier. I'd cut back on the sale if I were to make it again. Great dressing recipe!

I made this stuffing for Thanksgiving, and it was a hit with my family. They are pretty picky, but they loved this stuffing. I baked it a little longer so it wasn't as gooey as some said. Or just use less stock. Tastes even better the next day. Thanks, Paula.

Paula I thought that this recipe was easy to make and absolutely wonderful. Was wondering if it could be made with a little sausage or some type of meat in it?

The flavor was great. The only complaint that I have is that it did come out a little too moist and I only put six cups (yes CUPS, not cans, of chicken stock. I am from the South and the stuffing I have ate has never been this moist. Next time I will try less chicken stock. I also added about half of each of the optional seasonings.

This is by far the best stuffing recipe I have made. I added shredded carrots and a few chopped giblets. It got rave reviews from family.

I really wanted this Thanksgiving to be a traditional Southern one - this dressing was just that. It tasted JUST like my favorite aunt's version. It was awesome. I did use 7 cups of stock and it turned out perfect! I just cooked it until it set up and nothing came out on the toothpick inserted in the center

I was worried about trying this recipe because of what some of the review said. But I made it with the sage and poultry seasoning and I cut the amount of stock to 3 cups, instead of 7. It turned out very good. It was not bland at all and had plenty of vegetables in it. This was my first homemade stuffing. It was easy to follow and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you, Miss Paula!

This was great! I added some chopped bell peppers...Used about 5 cups of broth & 3 eggs. Was still a little too moist so I simply lightly stirred it and put it back in the oven. I did that twice and baked an additional 10 minutes each time. It was wonderful!!!! I made it last night and I had to hide it from my daughter and boyfriend.
