This is the first time I have ever made homemade stuffing. I was nervous about it,but thanks to Paula Dean I made the best stuffing my family ever had. At least that's waht they said. Thank you so much Paula. I will keep watching!

I made it and this time it didn't make me. Last thanksgiving i made stuffing and it sat in the pan like "stuff"ing and no one ate it. It was stiff and firm i thought i did it like my mom but i quess not but this time it came out fluffy and pretty and everyone ate it. I was so happy thanks again.

As usual I overcooked for a holiday meal but this was the only dish with no leftovers. All of my family loved it, even the ones that do not like cornbread stuffing. It was easy to prepare and I made it a day ahead.

I was pleasantly suprised to find a dressing recipe that did not turn out gooey, chunky, or overly dry. The only alteration was that I added portobello mushrooms. I received many compliments on Thanksgiving. This is a KEEPER. Thank you Paula!

This is how I remember everyone in my family making Cornbread Dressing. It is wonderful!!! Mrs. Paula really has a winner here. I prepared this while my wife prepared her old standby stuffing. By Thursday night, this dressing was gone and her stuffing...well everyone "took a bite to be polite" as they say here in the South.

I'm so confident of this recipe that I gave it to my Boss. We discussed boiling a chicken (brothand shredding it and add to the mix prior baking. Then all you need is a green veggie for a complete meal.

    Way to go Paula!

Keep the shinny side up and your knees in the breeze!

This was very easy to make and it tasted like the stuffing I grew up eating. I did add crumbled breakfast sausage to the mixture and it was a hit. Thanks Paula!

Smoke stacks! This was so good and so easy! Not only that, but it got better as the day went on and all of the ingredients sat together! Yum...

Tasty, easy to make. If you like it a little drier, just bake the dressing a little longer.
