Honestly the best dressing I've tried, and I've tried many! Took a little artistic license and added Jimmy Dean's maple flavored pork sausage. This is it, I will look no further!

I have struggled for years to make a
southern style cornbread dressing...Finally, I have found the perfect recipe! This is moist and
delicious. My picky husband even gave it five stars. I will make this dressing from now on...

You know, I am was raised in Puerto Rico, but I would go alot to my aunts house in Laytonsville, MD. I loved the way she cooked. She recently moved to Australia, so when November came I decided that I (I am just 21 by the way was going to make the WHOLE dinner by myself for my Spanish family. I wanted them to try good and true American food. I made this stuffing and it got rave reciews. Thanks Paula. You are so adorable!

My grandmother always made the best cornbread stuffing....unfortunately she
took this secret to her grave <G>
The women in my family have tried through the years to duplicate, but have always failed.
When I saw this show, I decided to try especially when I saw the secret ingredient -saltine crackers. As we had never been able to figure out what was the ingredient in Grandma's dressing that kept it so moist. Made it and everyone really liked it. My sister even wanted the recipe.
Thanks Paula for helping us start a new "stuffin' discussion"
