    My grandmother and mother always made this recipe when I was a little girl. My parents were divorced when I was 8 and I never did get to ask my grandmother or mother for their recipe. I have tried numerous times to make it, never successfully until now. Thank you, Paula, for nourishing not only my body, but also my heart and sould!

    I made this dressing last Thanksgiving.It was the best dressing I had ever made.Everyone loved it and these southeners are PICKY about their dressing.No white bread allowed!!

    I know cornbread dressing like the back of my hand and this recipe is the real McCoy! It is as good as mine, which was handed down to me by my Grandmother, then my Mom. I think this recipe is just a tad better than mine because it is so moist. If any is left over, it is just as good when reheated.

    As usual, Paula blows us away with a recipe right out of our childhood! My grandmother always made cornbread stuffing (from a "recipe" in her head and I've never been able to duplicate it -- until NOW! This was a HUGE hit at Thanksgiving last year and I've been "ordered" to bring it again this year. Paula rocks!
