    Although I've eaten catfish before, I've never tried to cook it. This was easy, using few ingredients that are readily on hand. My husband couldn't wait until the catfish was ready -- it did not disappoint!

    I found this recipe to be easy, fast and as with most southern fried foods...the secret is in the simplicity. This dish is also very easy to make a beautiful plate and presentation. I make this once a month.

    Maybe I'm just not big on Southern Cuisine. I tried this recipe and maybe I didn't have the proper equipment, but the catfish turned out oily and bland. Not much flavor at all. It was the first time I have tried catfish and it just may not be for me.

    LIKE SO MANY OTHER'S I TOO AM A SOUTHERN GIRL THE OLDBAY MAKES ALL THE DIFFERNS THE FAMLIY JUST LOVED IT.
