I love Paula. she has the BEST recipes. i used cajun marinated catfish from the store and just didn't use the old bay seasoning. it came out wonderful.

I was NEVER an eater of catfish simply because of the way they looked. I tried Paula's receipe and now I can't get enough catfish! This is DEFINITELY the very best way to cook catfish-- or any other fish, for that matter. Thanks, Paula!

This is a good fish fry. The batter is very light. I still prefer a good beer-battered fish fry though. But this fish fry is still great.

Paula has the "Southern Way" for frying catfish done perfectly. I am another lady from the Deep South (Louisiana & this is the way I like catfish.

This is unbelievably easy to do, and really, really good, if you find fresh catfish! Getting ready to make more tonight =
