    The catifish turned out exactly as Paula's. I cooked the catfish in Peanut oil just like she did on the show and taste blew my family away. I have made catfish in the past but Paula's way the best. I highly recommend this recipe.

    This is a good recipe, but I would still dredge the catfish in milk before the flour mix.

    Again, just an excellant down home cooking recipe. I can never get enough of Mrs. Paula. Not only is her cooking great but I just love hearing a good ole' Southern gal.
