I made this fried chicken recipe for my husband and he absolutely loved it! He said that this was the best fried chicken he has ever had - that is a lot for a southern man to say!

I made this chicken for the family during the week. My husband thought it was Sunday! Although my kids did eat the chicken they had to take off the skin because it was too hot from the hot sauce. Next time I will dip theirs before adding the hot sauce. Husband loved it!!!!

This fried chicken recipe is the best. I have always made good fried chicken but the addition of the hot sauce and the house seasoning really added something special. My husband loved it and requests are pooring in from all my family.

Very tasty and easy to make. The only thing is that I made the HOUSE SEASONING it calls for 1 Cup of Salt.....I think that is some kind of mistake, that is way to much salt. I left the salt out. Someone needs to clarify if that is correct?
