    fried chicken seems like it would be so hard to do, but this is really quite easy. don't be afraid to season the chicken, the first time I made this it was a bit bland, the 2nd time I used much more salt and pepper and poultry seasoning- much better results.

    Soooooo yummy! I never knew I could fry chicken that tasted like that! My husband says it's better that Popeyes!

    I Made this for some friends and everyone loved it. I thought the kids would say it was to hot due to the hot sauce but you could hardly tell it was in there. Definately a keeper.

    The flavor of this chicken is out of this world. The cooking times are too low we found, but other than that the recipe is perfect.

    This fried chicken recipe is outstanding. Very easy to make, and it tastes great. I actually used less salt than what is called for in the house seasoning, and less hot sauce (I used Chalula. The only reason I didn't give this recipe 5 stars is because it isn't very healthy. Definitely instant family favorite!
