GREAT RECIPE! I used breasts, and next time will probably 1/2 the liquid mixture - felt like i was wasting an awful lot of hotsauce. i think skimming it back will get the same result, and less waste to dump down the grain. It was even better the next day, cold - right out of the tupperware.. didn't even make it to the plate!

Made this the other nite for a family get together and everyone loved it. We made chicken for ten of us so I fried it outside in the turkey fryer and boy it turned out great.

I admit that I was a little skeptical about the using the hot sauce, but this turned out to be the best fried chicken that we ever had. I used boneless skinless breasts and followed the recipe exactly, frying the breasts in my cast iron skillet. They were moist and tender with a nice crunchy crust and the hot sauce gave them a nice, but not too spicy flavor. Definitely a keeper!!

My whole family gobbled these gone. I used the tenderloin cuts when I made this recipe, and was quite impressed.

I have been looking for and trying different recipies and methods for frying chicken. I have soaked chicken in buttermilk, but that leaves the chicken soggy, I have tried and couple of dashes of hot sauce but it really didn't make a differenc. FINALLY, I tried this recipie and this is the winner. I think one of the things that makes the chicken so good is the seasoning blend that Paula uses. You must mix up those seasonings because you can use it on anything (just like Paula said!. If you follow this recipie you will fry the best chicken that you have ever tasted. Thank you Paula!

This is a very easy and delicious fried chicken recipe. I hate to say it but I think it's even better than my mom's. It's even great cold for lunch the next day. Thanks, Paula
