I didn't think that the hot sauce would make the chicken moist, but I was wrong even the breast of the chicken which usually dries out a bit, did not and favor was so delightful.

This chicken had the best crust I ever made. It had a beautiful golden color and tasted delicious! It was a bit salty, so next time I will cut down on the salt. I added a blend of black pepper, salt, Season All, Adobe seasoning and Garlic Powder. I have a question, although the cruse was great, my meat (chicken breast was a little tough and rubbery..did anyone else have this problem?

I'm always hesitant to try cooking fried chicken at home because rarely is the inside done before the outside coating burns or the coating falls off during cooking. My husband and I cooked this the other day, following the recipe to the letter. The only change we made was to place the flour mixture in a large ziploc bag and coat the chicken that way, which made for easier clean up.

It was the best fried chicken either of us has ever tasted and, as lifelong Southerners, we have eaten a lot of fried chicken. The coating stayed on the meat and was as tasty as it was golden. The chicken inside was done to perfection, moist and flavorable.

The recipe is so easy, I'd recommend it to even the most novice cooks.

This was the best Fried Chicken, it's better than the restaurant Popeye's Fried Chicken Spicy recipe.
I enjoy your show the most.
