I've always been intimidated about frying chicken. I tried this recipe last night using a friend as a guinea pig. The chicken came out absolutely beautiful and my friend RAVED about the flavor. It was quite good. I will be using this recipe many more times to come. Soooooooooo good and sooooooooo easy!

I love the taste the chicken gets from the hot sauce. It just gives it a little kick. Wonderful

My husband hates fried chicken but he loves this one. I made this with breast fillets and it was just as yummy as regular fried chicken. He came back for 2nds thanks Paula.

Great tasty chicken, very easy to make. i was very surprised how great the chicken looked. I have one suggestion to everyone on Paula's house seasoning, i suggest not adding that much salt to the seasoning, the chicken will come out very salty. The second time i tried making this i just seasoned the chicken with a LITTLE bit of salt along with the pepper and garlic powder and it came out so great and tasty.

This is one of my favorite recipes. I've used chicken breast too, cut it into small pieces for popcorn chicken. It was a big hit at my last bbq! Its very flavorful.

It was nearly flawless. Just add a pinch of garlic and salt to the oil.

I have been married almost 28 years and over the past years, I have tried many recipes for Fried Chicken. This was the best and easiest recipe ever. I didn't have to plan a week ahead to have chicken, I stopped at the store, bought chicken, and within 1 hour, I had perfect Fried Chicken. Thanks Paula, and keep the recipes coming.
