What a nice bump to the typical "deviled egg". I used chili powder instead of cumin, otherwise followed exactly.

I made this recipe with 10 eggs to take to a neighborhood Chili Cook-off. They are so good and were gone in a minute. For 10 eggs, I doubled the filling ingredients and there was about 2/3 cup leftover and it was good as a dip with tortilla chips. I used reduced fat cheese and sour cream plus canola FF mayo.
