This is an excellent and super easy recipe. I baked mine at 325 for 1 hour and might cut the baking time back next time to 50-55 minutes for a more moist cake. Be careful when flipping the cake so that the topping is on the top - it makes a big mess with sugar, nuts, & cinnamon flying everywhere. Also, I added a simple glaze of powdered sugar, vanilla extract, & milk. Makes a beautiful presentation.

The cake itself is without a doubt out of this world. I would love to put some apples in it and make it even better............YUM YUM

I made this after the show and my family loves it. Very moist and a melt in your mouth flavor and it was so quick to make. Love it!

This was an amazing cake - just spicy enough and just sweet enough. Can you ever have enough crunchy sweetness in a spice cake?

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is AMAZING! I didn't think that I'd like a cake with sour cream, but ooh, soooo good. I baked it for an hour and it was moist as can be. Making this with coffee for Thanksgiving! Thanks Paula!

When I first cut into this cake I thought it was dry. Noooooo way. I made it in a 13x9 pan and frosted it with a soft white icing. I sent it to work with my husband and received rave reviews. Sorry I was such a doubting Thomas. Thanks Paula

This was a hit with my family. I ended up taking this cake to a gathering of friends who just lost a family member and it disappeared quick!

After I had served dinner for my guests, I was ready to serve coffee with this award winning recipe. Everyone loved it and kept asking for more. The combination of aromas, the coffee and this cake, filled up the room. This cake was moist and simply tasty!
