I loved these green beans. I'm from N.C. and my family always cooked to death the beans so I refused to eat. I moved to Md. and love the crunchy beans here. These are midway between the 2 ways of cooking plus the extra spice is a plus. Thanks Paula.

My family and I really liked this recipe. It is way better than any regular green beans that we have tried. We are from Louisiana, so we of course love that hot and spicy flavor! We going keep this recipe and I look forward to making it in the future!

I thought this recipe was quite good. I used turkey bacon, and a little olive oil after for sauteeing the beans, as there were no drippings after cooking the turkey bacon!

Great quick recipe to spice up drab green beans. The only thing I might do differntly next time is cut back on the butter a bit. There was plenty of flavor just from the bacon grease.
