I made this recipe exactly as listed and it was great! It wasn't dry at all, and the flavors blended nicely. I did use a hot salsa rather than a milder one, just because of family prefernce. Definitely a keeper; definitely a company dish. Thanks, Paula, we love your recipes and your show.

I tried this out on my family and it was a hit. I am making this for my Bunco group tomorrow. Modifications I have made (because it wasn't spicy enough: I seasoned the shrimp with Zatarans Creole Seasoning and I used Pepperjack cheese, instead of plain Monterey jack.

You can make it ahead, which is perfect for company, but when making ahead, it needs to cook about 10-15 minutes longer.

This casserole was gone in minutes, one friend ate 3 times in one sitting. Never thought of putting pasta in a casserole. What an incredible combination of flavors in one dish.

I made this finally tonight and it was wonderful. Some people were worried about it being too dry, but that wasn't the case at all. It was wonderfully saucy and good. YUM. It will deffinately stay in my kitchen recipes. Next time I make it, I will try it with a hotter salsa I think. Even if I keep it the same, it will deffinately be kept. Thanks Paula!

My family loved this recipe. Not only was it very easy to throw together but it tasted excellent. You get the opportunity to experience several different cheeses with the shrimp.

This is by far one of the best recipes I have made recently! Tastes like an expensive dish you would order at a nice restaurant. Nice zing too. I used medium salsa instead of mild and used monterey jack w/jalapeno in it since we like things spicy. Definately would make again, easy enough to make for company too!

This is an interesting recipe. All the flavors work well together and it is a classy casserole. Two pounds is a bit much shrimp for me, and I would add some extra pasta. Overall though it is great!!!

This is the best casserole I have ever made, and my family loves it. Perfect for mid-week, because you can put it together the night before! Try it!!

My family loved this dish. I seasoned my shrimp with old bay and used colby/monterey jack and added a touch of shredded mexican taco seasoned cheese. It was just enough to kick it up a notch !!
