So good! This recipe actually makes 2 quiche's. The only thing I will do next time is maybe add a chopped red onion. But, trust me, you don't really need to add anything else, it was delish!!

Started making this for Christmas morning....now is a tradition. No need to modify anything...unless doubling the recipes. It takes MUCH longer to cook, better to make 2.

So simple it's hard to believe it's this good. But it really is. I sauteed the spinach before adding it to the quiche and I omitted the bacon because I was feeding a vegetarian, and the recipe still turned out really good. I also added a sauteed shallot and a pinch of nutmeg. The quiche was light, fluffy, and creamy. It had a wonderfully smooth texture and the taste was perfect. I cooked it at 375 for exactly 35 minutes and then turned off the oven and let it sit in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then I removed it from the oven, let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes, and then served it. Absolutely perfect.

OMG!!!!! this is a great recipe. I changed the bacon for mushrooms and sautéed onions and garlic. It even taste great cold. I have made it twice and it was a big hit with the breakfast club.

All rave reviews - I used apple-smoked bacon and grueyere that made it even better. Hint - I preped everything the night before (zip bags of all of the chopped ingredients and the egg mixture in a bowl. even the home made pie crust in plastic wrap and then assembled in the morning and came out perfectly.

Its was simple and delicious. The only negative was that I had to make two quiches because the amount of ingredients in the one pie shell would make it overflow.
