A really delicious recipe! Even my three hard-to-please kids (ages 2, 4, and 6 liked it when I served it for dinner. Plus, they had no idea there was spinach in it! Since then, I've made it with the crust and without the crust (as a fritatta, with fresh spinach and with frozen spinach, and it always turns out fine! I also use applewood smoked bacon. This recipe is a real stand-by!

A good recipe that is easy and has versatility. It will overflow if filled too high. We liked it very much, thanks Paula.

Paula, I loved your Quiche. It was so simple to make and a great hit with the family over the holidays. I have made it for everyday eating since the holidays and will continue to do so. I love your show. Thank you for sharing your recipe's with us.

This was very easy to make. It does overflow (even in a deep dish. I put a cookie sheet under it. Tastes delicious.

A great quiche. I went to the local butcher for some really good bacon and I swear it makes a huge difference. But this recipe is wonderful either way. Was still really tasty four days later too.
