I am a Paula Deen fan so was sure this was gonna be a winner. I was disappointed this time though. It was not bad but just didn't have the flavor and pizazz I was looking for.

I love how when you cut out slices of the quiche you could see the pretty layers of spinach, bacon and cheese. This was also very tasty! However, my pie shell was piled so high with goodies that in the oven, the egg mixture overflowed!! Luckily I had a baking sheet under it to protect it.

I made this quiche for my husband's office partners...he said he has never seen grown men devour a dish as quickly as this one!! Not to mention, I received calls from their wives for the recipe!!! What a great dish.

This is a great recipe. I made it for a Christmas party this past weekend. After reading the tips from other reviewers, I reduced the cream to 1 cup and planned on cooking the quiche a little longer than the recipe indicated. This quiche is very easy to put together and everyone at the pary loved it. Thanks to those who reviewed the recipe for their helpful comments.

The quiche was devoured in minutes! My whole family LOVED it. Instead of just putting spinach and bacon, I chopped up some sausage and mushroom as well, and I used cheddar cheese instead. I also grated a ton of parmesan on top to make this crispy, cheesey crust on top. FABULOUS!

My family was not "quiche-eaters" but they are now! I pumped it up a bit & was thoroughly impressed...deep-dish, full of flavor. Try these ideas:
reduce cream to 1c., reduce bacon to 1/2lb. Sautee 2c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 sm. diced onion, 1 sm. diced red pepper with bacon. Add 1/2tsp. nutmeg & 1/2c. parmesan cheese. I used 1 pkg. froz. chopped spinach, squeezed dry. Baked for 1 hour. Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!

This was my first attempt to make a quiche and I love spinach. This was easy to follow and tasted oh so good.
