I had this quiche at a friend's house. It was really good. The flavor of the baby spinach really comes through in a nice way. Also, very light, not heavy at all. Can't wait to make it myself.

I did use a little less cream and it came out perfect. Its just as good or better as the quiche at restaurants. Enjoy!

I wish I had mixed the spinach and cheese into the egg mixture before spreading into the crust. I felt the dish needed a little more flavor, but overall, it was okay.

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to try it myself. Hadn't had quiche in years, but my husband and I loved it! Will definetly make it again.

First time I ever made a quiche and I got rave reviews. I would definately recommend this recipe although I cut down on the bacon a little. Because a 1lb was a little much for me. It's so easy to make and delicious.

I saw Paula make this quiche - and although I didn't think I was a fan of quiche - I decided to try it anyway. I loved it! I used the crust recipe from Bobby Flay's three cheese quiche- which was also easy!

This quiche was delicious. My husband is a diabetic and this was a great low carb meal for him. I did not use a crust, and I substituted carb milk with 2tbsp melted butter for the heavy cream to cut out even more carbs. I only used 1 cup based on the other reviews that said they needed less milk. I will make his over and over!
