While I liked the simplicity of the recipe, I have to say that it lacks a time for mixing the eggs and heavy cream. The cook time of those ingredients can vary because the eggs/cream become air filled when blended. Also after making this recipe three times, 45 min. @ 375 degrees is not sufficient cooking time or high enough temp.

    LOVED IT.
I have never made quiche before and this was a hit with my family! Cannot wait to try it out adding different veggies & cheeses. (There was to enough quiche mix for 2 crusts so I suggest cutting the recipe in half, like other reviews mentioned

    Thank you Paula!

This turned out amazing. I made this for Christmas brunch I did make a few changes. First, I made my own crust. I also used turkey bacon instead of pork bacon. I got rave reviews and an empty quiche dish. This is a keeper.

Really great flavor and SO easy. Used frozen chopped spinach and just drained it real well. I went full on and used heavy cream. Will use 1/2 and 1/2 next time just to reduce calories but wow, really great recipe. Next time I'll try caramelized onions, mushrooms and sausage. I'm sure you can play with all kinds of different flavors and it will be great every time.

It was delicious and everyone loved this dish at the brunch party I served it at. I learned however that all the ingredients did not fit in the deep dish pie crust so the next time I made the quiche, I used only half of the ingredients the recipe called for. I also used Gouda cheese, turkey bacon, and fat free milk. It came out perfectly set in 45 min. I loved this dish.

Decadently delicious, creamy, and yummy! Made this for my 1 year old's birthday party and everyone from age 1 to age 65 loved it. Most requested recipe from the party. Used shredded smoked gouda and half and half instead of cream. Had a little extra that didn't fit into a deep dish pie crust, so scrambled it up for hubby's breakfast.

We used the quiche based with leftover Thanksgiving food and loved it! I put our leftover turkey and carrots into the pie crust with some spinach leaves. We ended up cooking it for 1hr and it came out so fluffy and yummy.
