    I made this salad for our Mother's day celebration. It went over very well. I will be making this one again. I followed the recipe with one exception. I tasted the dressing and thought it needed a little salt, not much, just a little.

    Good base but I added cooked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, and instead of almonds, I put some pecans in a hot skillet along with butter and brown sugar and glazed the pecans and threw the pecans in. Wow that made an improvement. the dressing was very good. Will only make with all the added ingredients above.

    OMG! Amazing salad! I made it for the first time for large group for a bridal shower...everyone raved and wanted to take some home!!! I had to go print the recipe for nearly 75 guests! Light & refreshing-perfect with a grilled chicken breast!

    This is a wonderful recipe and very easy to make. My family enjoyed it very much. I will be using this recipe for an upcomng wedding shower as a side dish.
