this is one of the best salads - my whole group of friends loved it at a grill-out - especially those that had never had hearts of palm before! Definitely a keeper. Just add some leftover chicken for a main entree salad - better than at fancy restaurants!

Best salad ever, dressing is to die for and you have so much leftover dressing you can have it with so many salads. I tossed it with leftover grilled chicken and also cracked some pepper in the dressing. Amazing.

So good, I have made this several times. I added a chicken breast that I grilled and glazed it with the dressing. Turned out great.

Yum. My husband and I grunt "yum" while eating this. Just as it is or with alleviations and or substitutons (but be sure to keep a crunch...almonds are great, including sliced and bleached. The recipe results in a ton of dressing. Careful when adding that...less is more.

Didn't make the salad, just made the dressing, and it was an ace in the hole!! Cider vinegar? Yuck, we all thought. Little did we know, we'd change that -uck to -um and make it YUM! All the reviews are true, this dressing IS the cat's meow. I paired it with arugula, pears, walnuts and some tomatoes for some color. You could throw this on dirt and get rave reviews. Try it!

Amazing salad! Everyone loved it! The only thing is that I made it with apples instead of palm hearts. It was delicious.
