So good, I have made this several times. I added a chicken breast that I grilled and glazed it with the dressing. Turned out great.

Yum. My husband and I grunt "yum" while eating this. Just as it is or with alleviations and or substitutons (but be sure to keep a crunch...almonds are great, including sliced and bleached. The recipe results in a ton of dressing. Careful when adding that...less is more.

Didn't make the salad, just made the dressing, and it was an ace in the hole!! Cider vinegar? Yuck, we all thought. Little did we know, we'd change that -uck to -um and make it YUM! All the reviews are true, this dressing IS the cat's meow. I paired it with arugula, pears, walnuts and some tomatoes for some color. You could throw this on dirt and get rave reviews. Try it!

Amazing salad! Everyone loved it! The only thing is that I made it with apples instead of palm hearts. It was delicious.

Made it for a luncheon at work and even though it made a huge bowl, there was none left! I made it according to the recipe. The dressing was REALLY good. I used the excellent suggestion to start dressing the salad at the bottom of the bowl. Added the dressing/greens in thirds adding the strawberries, nuts, and hearts of palm at the last addition. Making it again for a family get together tonight!

Not only does this make a beautiful presentation, but it is outrageously good! I made it for a bridal shower last summer and got raves, and I just put it on my menu for a baby shower that's coming up.

I made this salad recipe to go along with my family's Sunday dinner tonight, and everyone absolutely LOVED it! The only changes I made were to leave out the hearts of palm, and to put the vinegar/sugar syrup (after cooling into the blender with the onion, so that the onion would be completely pureed (my daughter wouldn't have touched it otherwise. It was so delicious that my Dad asked for the recipe so he can serve it at a special dinner he has coming up. He said that's the best dressing he's ever eaten!
