The dressing is even better the next day. This makes enough dressing to have salad for a couple of days. The salad does not require a lot of dressing. Also try it with candied pecans!!

I've been making this salad for years! On the site today to e-mail the recipe, AGAIN! I used the 50/50 prewashed spinach/baby greens this time , which was great. I use pecans instead of walnuts, just prefer them. Thanks Paula!

This salad is soooo good, but there is one problem. Every family gathering I now have to bring "the best salad ever".

I love this recipe. I didn't make it but attened a function that served it and this is the only thing I wanted to eat.

My family was not too excited about this salad when I mentioned it to them but they gobbled it up and just keep saying this is so good. Try it you'll love it. This was my first time using hearts of palm. I divided them into rings instead of chopping and it made a very pretty presentation.

I tried the hearts of palm for the first time and decided not to add them. I did not personally care for this recipe in general, but some of my guests gave rave reviws.

I absolutely loved the dressing. It was very light and there is room to make it low fat if you have the need. The salad was a hit at a get together with friends. They loved it as well.
