    I was so disappointed at how soggy these turned out. I drained any water as instructed and the inside of these cakes were mushy as well. Not a keeper recipe.

    This recipe is wonderful, but my first attempt did not look as good as Paula's! My cakes fell apart, so I guess it just takes practice.

    My husband loves sliced fried zucchini and squash. It is great, but takes alot of time and mess!!! This is the best recipe I have had in a long time!! I can still be the apple in his eye and have time for myself!! Thanks Paula your the best!
