    I tried this recipie this Christmas and my family and I enjoyed it. I wasn't too sure it would be good because of the mix of ingredients. It was a very different and healthy side dish.

    I changed up the recipe just a bit. I doubled the cheese and added a handful of the crushed crackers to the mixture to give it a little bit of texture. It was a real hit at our Thanksgiving Pot Luck dinner. Definately making for Christmas dinner.

    Made this for Thanksgiving Dinner and it was a hit. It took a little extra time on the front end but was well worth it. Moist and great flavor!
