This is a fav in our house but I do make some healthy changes. I use olive oil instead of butter and veggie oil and non fat greek yogart instead of sour cream. I also use low fat crackers for the crust.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS RECIPE, I USE IT QUITE OFTEN NOW AND I HAVE EVEN ADDED TO THE RECIPE TO MAKE IT SORTA MY OWN, LOL. NEVERTHELESS A GREAT ADDITION TO MY RECIPE BOX

Loved this recipe as well. Dropped the butter where I could and used olive oil. I also cooked my onions with the squash. Will use garlic powder next time. This was a hit with the family and friends.

Make a lighter version by using fat free sour cream, 2% cheese, olive oil & cooking spray. It is such a versitile recipe! We love this, even added it to our special occations ;-

I have made this receipe many times and it is a favorite! I always make it with BBQ Chicken or Ribs. Absolutely Delicious and everyone asks for the receipe.

I made the dish yesterday for Easter, after reviewing other comments I use 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper ,1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and cook onions in olive oil.....DELICIOUS!!!

I made this last night. It was fabulous. I did cut the butter in half and added olive oil where I felt I could and sprayed the dish with Pam instead of lining with butter. It was still not low fat but a little less. Easy to do and delicious.
