    they were alittle overwhelming. I think this would be delicious with a reduction of onion- maybe half the recipe calls for.

    My family loves summer squash, but it is always a watery mess. This casserole was just what we needed. It was easy to make and everyone went back for seconds and thirds!

    This is a very easy and very tasty dish. I even served it to a friend who doesn't like onions and he said that the casserole was so good that he didn't even taste the onions. I would recommend this dish to anyone who likes squash. It is different from just boiling or frying squash. Great holiday side dish.
