Photo: Strawberry Fizz Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- Fresh mint leaves
- 4 fresh strawberries, hulled
- Ice
- 16 ounces soda water
Directions
In 2 glass jars, add the sugar and hot water to dissolve the sugar into each jar. Next, add some mint and 2 strawberries into each jar and muddle together. Fill the jars with ice and pour in the soda water. Stir and serve. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
