Delicious! I usually try to follow recipes to the "t", but I didn't want the cholesterol with the heavy cream. So I substituted 8 oz. of Cool Whip instead, and it worked beautifully. Very easy and very good! BTW, I used Athens Mini Fillo Shells- 3 boxes of 1.9 ozs, 15 count each.

PLEASE HELP ME. I made this once and it was absolutely wonderful! Now the second time I made it the same was except I used raspberries in place of strawberries. So nothing was different with the cheese mixture, but this time something happened when I mixed the marscapone cheese, lemoncello and lemon juice it separated like when you make homemade butter. The liquid would not mix with the solid. What did I do wrong because I even had a second tub of cheese and made it again to see if I just screwed something up but it did the same thing! If you have any ideas help me because this is SO WONDERFUL.

Amazing and beautiful mini cups. The problem is, I can´t eat just one.
Thanks Paula. Love your show here in Puerto Rico.

I wanted to bring these to our family Christmas so I decided to make a trial batch to see how they went. They turned out not only very tasty but very beautiful in a display also. I used mini phyllo cups because I couldn't find the mini tart cups the recipe called for and they worked just fine. The recipe makes between 45 to 50 cups. I gave a good portion to our neighbors for a special little treat. I got a phone call the next day and was told that they ate them like "Pez" : Thanks Paula for another wonderful sweet treat :

Ok, I made this, but used the recipe as a base. I couldn't find the sweet tart cups, so I used the recipe given in the reviews - THANKS!!! Had to cook the dough on the back side of the muffin pan, otherwise, the dough fell and made one blob (probably my mistake on something the dough tasted great. I put Nutella in the bottom, mixed Kahlua and coffee with the mascarpone. That was folded into the whipped cream. I put a couple of Hazelnuts on top and spinkled with cocoa powder. I gave this 5 stars because this is really a recipe that can be switched up and varied.

I make these with mini filo tarts because they are easy to find. I replace the strawberry jam and the strawberry with raspberry jam with a whole fresh raspberry to top it off. A huge hit. Alternately, I make lemon curd (you can buy it in a jar and top off the mascarpone cream with a piece of candied lemon peel and people go wild for these!

Alot of filling left over. Used as a Fruit dip. But over all it was very easy to make and tasted wonderful.
