    I made these for a christmas party last night... made up the cream last night and assembled everything this morning...... they were a huge huge hit... i used the puff pastry mini tarts... turned out great... i used raspberry instead of strawberry but just what i had...... and grated a little chocolate over all of them when all assembled on the platter... you wont be disappointed!!!

    Where can i get the sweet tart shells?are those the same that the puff pastry mini ones?
