I used feta cheese instead of goat cheese and bacon instead of pancetta, very very good!

Despite being totally grossed out at Paula's behavior in her "Hotties" show (licking Jason Priestley's fingers etc - I was embarrassed for her I found myself really interested in what she was making, and decided I wanted to give it a try.
Well, today I did. I took this to a Barbecue as an appetizer. No one wanted to have just plain steaks after eating it! It was a huge hit. I was surprised, as so many there usually do not like goat cheese or cream cheese. They sure loved THIS though. Remember to soak the toothpicks!

I went to visit my son and he wanted me to bring him filet mignon without the bacon wrapped around it. I saw this recipe and fixed it. Very simple to fix and didn't take a long time. It turned out beautifully and delicious. My husband even told me to be sure to save this recipe and you can bet your bottom dollar that it's at the top of my list. My son couldn't get enough of it either.

Everyone needs to try this one, they won't fix it any other way. Thanks, Paula!
