    These were just super. We loved them. They were great as leftovers for lunch the next day as well. This is our "house" stuffed pepper now!

    All in all this recipe created some great stuffed peppers, but for those of you who like your peppers with a little kick (like myself, I recommend adding either some cayenne pepper or a pepper sauce. A little tip, if you have any stuffing left over (around 1 pepper's worth or so it goes excellent mixed with scrambled eggs for breakfast the next morning.

    The most simple but the best stuffed peppers I ever made. At least that would be my husbands opinion. I never saw him eat left-overs the following day, not even his favorites. He ate these stuffed peppers for 3 days!!!!
    Thanks Paula, you are the best. Everything I have tried from your recipes have been successful. We love you!!!!

    This is a wonderful, flavorful recipe, and a hit with my husband! I used wild rice boiled in chicken broth for added flavor/texture. Thanks Paula--love you and your show!

    It was so yummy we sprinkled mexican cheese on top 5 minutes before it was done in the oven!!! It was a big hit in our house!! My 2 year old who is the pickiest eater in the world loved it!

    Such an easy reciepe to make and tasted like I spent hours in the kitchen. Everyone really enjoyed it!! Everyone should try this reciepe.

    As with all the recipes I have tried from your show, wonderfully full of flavor and easy to follow. My family enjoyed it to the last bite! And to the rude and evident classless and ignorant (shown by mispelled wordsindividual, TURN THE CHANNEL if it's too hard to comprehend or appreciate her recipes! Howard Stern is on the 'E' channel.......

    My husband likes stuffed peppers but "loved" these stuffed peppers. I had quite a few peppers on hand as a neighbor had given me several from his garden. They were small and some were green but the were absolutely delicious. Larry couldn't leave them alone and went on and on about how good they were. I knew if it was a recipe of Paula's that it had to be just scrumptious.
