Pretty good and easy! I agree that the mix could use more spice though. I also wasn't sure what "jarred cheese" was so I just used shredded asiago which was wonderful. I'll definitely make this one again

Wished it was a little bit more spicy. We used only ground turkey which turned out great. It was a little creamier than we wished, so next time I think we'll omit the jarred cheese & go with a shredded cheese & add some other peppers to spice it up a bit. Overall a good, and very easy recipe.

Although I'm a vegetarian, I made this for my boyfriend and he loved it! I substituted light sour cream, shredded low fat cheddar for the jarred queso, and used lean ground beef instead of using both the ground chuck and the pork, and he loved it. I'll definitely make this again.

This was really great. Was wondering if anyone has tried this dish in smaller peppers to make appetizers? What would the adjustment of cooking time be?

I went healthier: ground turkey and spicy turkey sausage, omitted the sour cream, used white cheddar instead of cheese whiz. Delicious. I think I'll try it with the sour cream next time but stick with the turkey and real cheese.

Made this dish for my family and they LOVED it!!
I used Tostitos Queso Cheese, brown rice, 1 1/2 lb of beef and 3/4 lb of pork sausage. Originally, I thought I cooked the meat too long, but I realized that I had to saute it on the stove so the pepper would not come out greasy.
I will definitely make this again!!!!

Delicious! I mad a few adjustments to make it somewhat healthier....no jarred cheese, no pork, and used quinoa instead of rice. Amazing! I will definitely make this again.

Another hit! Made a few tweaks only because I wanted to use what was on hand, omitted sausage all together and used a queso blanco, a mexican melting cheese. Awesome! This is a keeper...

Very good! Kid's all ate it up. Used Cheese Whiz instead of the cheese sauce w/salsa. Leftovers went for lunch. I love Paula Deen's recipes.

Very tasty. Its one of my favorites now. My parents and step kids loved it as much as we do.
