    i love the flavors in this recipe. i try to make brie like they do on tv, but mine never turns out quite as ooey-gooey delicious looking. so although the problem is with my brie making skills, paula has given us a yummy recipe.

    I made this recipe during the holidays and followed the directions exactly. There are so many great brie en croute recipes out there, that this pales in comparison.

    I tried the sugar and nut baked brie, it was easy to make but I guess brie is not a cheese I am fond of. The topping was great and I might try it on a cheese that is not so strong.
