I made this for my yearly Christmas party and it was a hit!

This appetizer never fails to impress. Even people who don't think they like brie, love this dish. It is also easy to prepare at home and set up when you get to the party. I just kept it warm on a heated stone.

My family loves this when I bring it for our Christmas Eve gathering. It's a yummy apetizer.

My guests raved about this simple, yet elegant brie presentation. This literally took minutes to prepare start to finish and it was inhaled! I can't decide whether this or Paula's Brie En Croute is better; in any case, both are fantastic!

My store only had cheap Brie in whole rounds and it really didn't do this dish justice. I need to find a source of better Brie for the next time I make this one.

I made this for my Holiday Party and it was an instant success. I made it exactly as described and it didn't last long. I will definitely make it again. And quite a few people asked me for the recipe.

On Christmas eve I had no tricks up my sleve to cook a good meal or bake a good cake. This way was new and good in a stew, simple and fast, made it in the past. Took a long time, but didn't cost me a dime. The best of the bunch then gave me a hunch. I'll make this Christmas more than it could be, as we dance around the Christmas tree.
