    I had a wine and cheese party and of all the pairings, this recipie paired with Beaujolais was everyone's favorite! It was soooo easy to make and super tasty! I will definitely make this again.

    My Mother-in-law is a dietician and ever critical of my cooking, etc. Well, this dish got her eyes rolling to the top of her head when she put the first apple slice in her mouth. She's never doubted me since!

    This is really good and easy to make, it also reheats easily. I served it with apples, pears, honey and ciabatta. Yum!

    This is so easy to make and a hit during the holidays. Careful, sweet/salty flavor is addictive, and it goes well with all fruits, even tangerines, as one reader had mentioned. In fact, there's no other way I'd rather eat tangerines.
