Thought these were excellent. It did take 45 to 50 mins for bacon to crisp. I'll try the hint in the review under mine. Just the right amount of sweetness. Yum!

with one change. I half cook the bacon first so it is still pliable before wrapping the chicken. Bacon takes a lot longer to get crispy than tiny chicken bits take to cook. Some folks on review thought it needed more chili powder. If you like it spicy it will....but I liked the fact that the amount as written was only mildly spicy. It did not overpower the flavor of the chicken that way.

These were amazing. After reading some of the reviews that said the flavor was mild, I added an extra tablespoon of chili powder, and they turned out fantastic. Also, if you cube the chicken just a little larger (1.5 by 1.5 inches, you can cook the bacon until it's crisp while cooking the chicken to a perfect doneness.

Really good. Guys love them!! I made them for a party and a man who owns a restaurant came over to tell me how great they were. A couple of suggestions - line the pan with foil. DO NOT use super thick bacon. Use thin bacon. After reading the comments I also added cumin.

I am a wimp when it comes to spicy foods so the chili pepper scared me off but I substituted mild taco seasoning I knew I liked and it was awesome.
Easy and my family thinks I am a genius.
    Thanks
